30 DAY FREE SIZE EXCHANGE
• Exchange received by UPS 2 day or Overnight service will be exchanged first. All other packages will be handled in the order they have been received. Please allow 24-48 hours to process your exchange. Holiday exchanges can take an additional 2-3 days.
• 30 day FREE size exchange means we pay for the freight on the domestic package back to you (one time only).
• 30 day FREE size exchange applies to 30 days from purchase, invoice 'A'.
• 30 day FREE size exchange is not available on any free shipping offers, 3 pc set purchases, or any wholesale/promotional discounted purchases.
• 30 day FREE size exchange is not available to customers that have had package forwarding, unpaid balances, or purchases out of the country
• If exchanging for another item and a quicker response (not for size) we recommend placing a new order and requesting an RA# for refund (see below)
• $10 shipping and handling will apply to exchanges for other items after 30 days
• No exchange on used, soiled or altered items.

RETURNS
• RA# is required on all returns
• Jamin' Leather can only accept returns on unused and unaltered merchandise unless under warranty (see below)
• Preapproved RA# comes with package for size exchange only.
• Prepaid Return Label is available to save you the inconvenience. If used, you can hand package to your postal carrier. A $2.00 per pound charge, minimum $5 (maximum 20 lb box) along with any other charges required will apply to your return or exchange request.
• Email us for other RA# requests or check status
• RA# is not a guarantee for refund.
• Time limits apply to any issued RA#’s. Returns arriving late are not refundable and unauthorized.
• Customer is responsible for postage on any returning item.
• When shipping reimbursement is applicable, only standard shipping services to maximum amount paid to Jamin' Leather.
• JLC cannot be held responsible for refused packages that are missing an RA# or using an invalid RA#.
• Misleading or insufficient information provided to obtain an RA# are unauthorized.
• Unauthorized returns risk being refused, rejected, destroyed or donated to charity.
• Unauthorized returns accepted will be subject to service charges of 15-100% for any additional handling and accounting.
• Any merchandise credit issued will be good for 1 year

• Packages are insured up to $300 for replacement only. Email us before placing your order to add insurance. Canadian orders can only be insured up to $675.00 maximum.
• US Airmail is 7-21 days delivery time, non-guaranteed (Jamin' Leather will guarantee delivery in the allotted by USPS rules)
• Jamin' Leather reserves the right to charge actual shipping rates plus handling of $11.95.

WARRANTIES
• LIFETIME replacement on all snaps, rivets and buttons, shipping charges will apply.
• Manufacturers defects only are covered under the Jamin' Leather free warranties.
• 30 Day Warranty on externally attached bead work or metal attachments such as studs, emblems, etc. installed to any leather item, yet leather on the garment is warrantied for term noted above.
• 90 Day Warranty on all footwear, patch leather goods, bonded leather items, motorbike accessories, and non-leather merchandise
• 365 Day Warranty on all other Jamin' Leather merchandise from date of purchase
• If Jamin' Leather fails to ship a Jamin’ Leather brand product as advertised, it is because our current inventory has sold out and delays of replacement brand products can take in excess of 90 days. Because of this we did not want to delay your order and substitute same merchandise from other manufacturers of acceptable quality (sometimes costing us more). In consideration Jamin' Leather will extend a credit of 10 percent of the purchase price toward future orders. No other concessions can be made. Jamin' Leather guarantees your satisfaction and will be glad to refund your purchase if requested upon return of the article within the refund period allotted.
• Jamin' Leather reserves the right to repair defective merchandise.
• Jamin' Leather will not be held responsible for any loss of personal affects or injury from use of products of poor workmanship. Although rare, we encourage customers to contact us immediately for warranty or non-warranty repairs of defective and unsafe products.
