Late Return?

No problem. Refunds can be issued up to 10 days after the refund period ends providing return is authorized, in new condition and tags attached. A service charge may apply. Not availabe for (d) discontinued or 30-70% off merchandise.

Will I Have To Pay To Ship My Size Exchange To Me?

No, providing we receive your return within 20 days of purchase date. Be sure to try on every item at time of receipt of goods.

Can I Exchange More Than Once?

Yes. After your first size exchange you will just have to pay the standard shipping rate on any further exchanges. But to save time we recommend reordering and request a refund for original purchase.

9. *Heavy parcels to selected zones may be adjusted to published rates. We may correct shipping charges or services when service selected is not available (ie. UPS can not ship to a PO Box). 50. LIFETIME replacement on all snaps, rivets and buttons, shipping charges will apply.

52. 30 Day Warranty on externally attached bead work or metal attachments such as studs, emblems, etc. installed to any leather item, yet leather on the garment is warrantee'd for term noted above.
53. 90 Day Warranty on all footwear, patch leather goods, bonded leather items, motorbike accessories, and non-leather merchandise
54. 365 Day Warranty on all other Jamin' Leather merchandise from date of purchase
55. Jamin' Leather reserves the right to repair defective merchandise.
56. Jamin' Leather will not be held responsible for any loss of personal affects or injury from use of products or from poor workmanship. Although rare, we encourage customers to contact us immediately for warranty or non-warranty repairs of defective and unsafe products.
57. There is no charge for warranty repairs including first time return shipping back to customer within warranty period.
