The city council of Myrtle Beach City passed ordinances that are targeted toward bikers who visit the Grand Strand throughout the summer tourist season. Keep in mind that the City of Myrtle Beach is only a small portion of the Grand Strand that tourists visit, but their negative publicity will have ramifications far beyond the biker community.
