Your 7 day 15% refund deal sucks, it has turned me off from ordering more than I do. Especially when a lot of the things I get are gifts and when I order early so to have it when I need it. If I don't get a good fit I'm penalize. So in the past I have just taken the cash back... -C. Rocchi

Although my firs order was delayed, I called to find out why. When I did, I was impressed with the prompt service which I had received. The salesman called me back in less than 10 minutes with an answer, apologize for the delay and corrected the problem. For me, a delayed order was not that big a deal. Mistakes sometimes happen. What is important is that when a mistake does happen to admit to it and to correct it. This is the true measure of service. My order arrived within a week and it was worth the wait. I've seen similar products at other stores. The stuff they carried really sucked.... I am more than satisfied with what I had ordered. The quality was far more superior than any other that I had seen and the prices were even better. I can't believe that some stores charge what they do for the garbage that they sell. The leather vest I ordered was not sized correctly. I asked the owed of the shipping charges be refunded. It was not. The vest was ordered one size larger and it was still too small. No fault of mine and I am out my return shipping! -W Welman

... I didn't note this in my catalog request, but I'm going to tell you now - your on line catalog is The Best Online Catalog that I've seen in the net. The catalog is WELL organized, all the pictures (thumbnails and larger pictures) are clear and cropped just right. And your web server gives good response time!... -Michael

I just want to tell you how please I am with my first order from you. Everything I order was of Exceptional value. I received my order in less than 5 days (including the weekend!!!). That's the quickest I've received any catalog order (which I do about 85% of my shopping through). I actually paid for your catalog from a catalog ordering book, and I'm sure glad I did. Enclosed in my order was a free shipping coupon with a due date of Nov. 23, but the shipping date wasn't until Nov. 21. The coupon was expired before I got it (it takes the mail a little longer than 2 days to deliver). Next time send coupons that will be valid when people receive them. -W. Blair

Packaging was favorable, but shipping was not, mainly because the shipper did not pay attention to the shipping order. Rosie was great! However, I ordered overnight delivery, but it was shipped UPS ground. -L. Nicholas

...UPS really screwed up Christmas at our house by no delivering the items until the 5th delivery day after shipping (2nd day service). I would however like you to know how much I enjoy the jacket and bustier - the items were well made - fit perfectly and beautifully styled. So despite many tears on Christmas day, and irate and embarrassed husband I do like my gifts, despite the lateness in delivery!.... Thanks for carrying such great items. I have ordered 3 times so far, seems like you could trust my checks by now. I sent a money order my second time and still took a month to get my order... I don't like it sent certified. I have to miss a days work to pick up my package. Gloves = $29.99 + days work, lost $150.00. So in short my gloves I just received cost me $180.00. We place our order by phone on a Saturday, your rep told us if the product was to be backordered, otherwise product would ship on Monday. When no merchandise has been received in 4 business days I phoned only to find that product had indeed been backordered. Since we were not notified we sold our chaps and jacket already, had thinking we would have new items by that weekend. If we had known our order was delayed we would have kept what we have had until items arrived but due to the fact that we had a big run on Sat, Owner of Jamin' was wonderful and had items overnight air from Mfg., all worked out, new items were here on time!. -L. I finally loaded my Netscape Navigator and your catalog now jumps as it jams. My wimpy WinWeb Browser that came with the software from my access provider did not do justice to your catalog. WinWeb only showed the blue borders of the pictures and after selected would show the color gif's. I now see the covers to your catalog that was not shown before.
