I would suggest charging "ACTUAL" UPS rates. I was about ready to place my first order until informed of the excessive shipping charges. I was quoted a UPS charge of $24.95 of one leather jacket and one pair of chaps totaling $231. Any savvy consumer knows that UPS charges by weight and not by retail dollar amount. Approximately 2 years ago I purchased a pair of thigh high boots from your on-line catalog, and recently, a pair of chaps. I have always been leery of purchasing items through a catalog or over the Internet. Not because of security, but because of the quality, size and concerns of that nature. Paying only $44 for the boots, I anticipated problems upon delivery. What I found was just the opposite. They are made of good quality leather and have been sturdily constructed. The soles have not worn thin, or separated from the leather. The chaps have held up great through many motorcycle rides in all kinds of weather from New or to Florida. The leather has not stretched out of shape, nor does it look weather beaten. I did not have to second-guess the size; the fit of both items is comfortable and perfect.
When I called to check on the status of my orders, the Customer Service Department was always courteous and helpful. I have never been to a leather store where I can't find the wide variety of items JAMIN' Leather offers, specialty at such a low price. Dear Friends - I just received the shrunken lamb jacket I ordered, and I am VERY happy with it. I had real worries that it would fit, since it "runs small". I had ordered a large, thinking that was one size up from a medium, but on looking at the catalog I wondered if a large would fit, since it indicated size 8 - 10. 8 - 10 is normally a medium, which is my size Well, this jacket fits like a dream. My only problem was that I ordered a pair of boots and wanted the 4-year warrantee on the leather. There was nothing on the web page or order form or confirmation Emil to inform me that the warrantee was not available on the boots.
